Full Care $425/month Includes: 12x12 Box Stall 2x daily 10%-12% pelleted feed Weekly Bran Mash to minimize sand colic Individual or group turnout Automatic Waterers in turnouts Use of 2 outdoor riding arenas (approx. 80x120) Tack Storage in Boarding Barn Access to National Forest trails (check with National forest service for requirements) Parking for one trailer Feed through Fly control to limit fly growth on the property when necessary Timothy/Alfalfa hay fed twice daily Box fans may be hung (owner must provide fan) 12 hours of turnout daily (weather permitting) Blankets will be put on and off at owners request Optional: Hooves cleaned out after turnout $10/month Individual turnout by request $25/month Flyspray applied prior to turnout (owner must provide) $10/month Garlic supplement for fly repellent on your horse $25/month
Concierge Care $700/month Includes: All full care board services plus Daily wormer added to am feeding Hooves cleaned out after turnout Owner supplied flyspray applied prior to turnout Horse groomed and tacked for 3 rides/week Horse cooled out following 3 rides/week Horse bathed twice/month Individual turnout by request 10% discount on all other services Holding for farrier/vet
